1972-2022

Belyuzhenko Ruslan, was an active member of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional branch of the UKU since 2011, the owner of the "FoxJeger" kennel, an expert on the working qualities of pack dogs in 2018-2020, a patriot, a hunter, a person who was devoted to hunting dog breeding.

When the war started, Ruslan signed up for territorial defense. He carried out patrols, taught the boys, because he had survival skills in the forest. At the first opportunity, he volunteered to go to the front. He was the chief sergeant of the platoon. One of the tasks of his unit was to track enemy DRGs. He was wounded during the fighting. The brothers said that Kit had brought them out of danger.

After the injury, his relatives persuaded him to stay at home and be useful there. However, Ruslan replied: "It is better to die standing than to live on your knees," and returned to the front line. This is the last time.

Ruslan died on July 12, 2022, while performing a combat mission near the village of Yehorivka, Donetsk region, from a mine-explosive injury.
